Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is opening its doors from Tuesday, September 8-Friday, October 2 to assist students and families impacted by the delay of in-person campus instruction. These Temporary Learning Centers will be open from 7:30 am.-5:30 p.m. on weekdays. The cost is $70/week.

These three Clubs will allow youth to complete virtual education at the Club with access to computer labs and academic assistance. Club staff will ensure youth are completing their assignments and joining all virtual sessions. Additionally, meals will be served and members can participate in recess, very similar to a traditional in-person school experience.

No BGCD programming or activities will be conducted during school hours.

In order to attend, students must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas. Prospective members may submit an application and pay the $20 yearly membership fee.
  • Provide a copy of the student’s virtual instruction schedule.
  • Provide login credentials (where applicable) for virtual learning.
  • Provide teacher contact information.
