As I approach my one-year anniversary as President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas (BGCD), I’ve been reflecting on this past year. It has been an honor leading this organization, especially as I have seen first-hand the incredible things BGCD does to enrich the lives our members!
This past year, we committed ourselves to intensifying our focus on programing, academics, and Club safety. The results have been remarkable. It’s been inspiring to see how our dedicated team efforts have positively impacted each club member. With the new school year fast approaching, our team has been working diligently so that we can continue providing enriching opportunities for our members this upcoming school year.
Over the past year, I have also been impressed at the outpouring of individual and community support that has been shown to our Clubs. Whether it be through volunteering, renovations, or donations, we are truly blessed! We cannot do this work without you!
Looking forward, we will once again be participating in North Texas Giving Day which is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together and support our mission. We are looking forward to our 19th Annual Corporate Cup, with its exciting day of golf, the day also promises to be a highlight with golf legend, Lee Trevino joining us as we unite for a great cause. Your involvement and support in these events is greatly appreciated!
