Last Saturday at West Dallas Boy & Girls Club was the place to be! We held our Health Fair & Back to School Bash Fair alongside Dallas County Health and Human Services. The event was made possible with the help of our sponsors, volunteer groups, and staff. The community in West Dallas came out to not only receive backpacks, school supplies, and produce but also gain access to different health screenings. We had a live DJ and even bouncy houses for the younger kids!
Although a very hot Texas weekend, 7-Eleven provided us with a Slurpee truck and gave out free Slurpee’s throughout the event!
